Campus by the Sea offers activities such as open ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, and ocean snorkeling with wet suits. The program also includes swimming in an outdoor setting, access to a beach front and fishing area, and use of a Nature Center. Participants can use full court basketball and sand volleyball courts, ping pong tables, disc golf, Ga-Ga Ball, and a nautical-themed playground.

Campus by the Sea serves as a retreat destination and rental facility for churches, Christian schools, and Christian ministries to host youth, adult, and family conferences. It offers summer programs that include family camps and youth camps, as well as a marine science program in the spring and fall. The program includes adventure and wilderness camps, conference and retreat-style camps, and resident camps, with programming available for children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, adults, families together or separated by age, and senior adults. Special emphasis options include aquatic skills, missions, outdoor education, team building, and arts and crafts. Facility rental is available for children’s groups, youth groups, single adults, married couples, and families in one unit. Campus by the Sea offers fully programmed, week-long family camps available for individual family registration, fully programmed junior high and high school camps available for church groups to reserve a block of spots, and guest group rental where groups bring their own program and worship team. The stated mission is “Come away, meet God, and be renewed.” Campus by the Sea is affiliated as non-denominational.
