The program also offers an Advanced Footwork/Conditioning Class, private lessons in 15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour formats, Laser Pistol Marksmanship classes, an Intro to Fencing camp, and a Modern Pentathlon camp that includes training in fencing, laser marksmanship, track and field, and obstacle courses.
• Ages: 6–18 years old

Beginning Foil classes meet Monday/Wednesday 4–5 p.m. or 5–6 p.m. and Tuesday/Thursday 4–5 p.m., and Beginning Epee meets Tuesday/Thursday 5–6 p.m. Beginning Adult and Intermediate Adult classes meet Saturday 9–10 a.m., and adults are also welcome to join a weekday class. The Intro to Fencing camp is for beginners ages 6–12, and the Modern Pentathlon camp is for students in 1st–8th grade with spots limited for summer camp. Floor fees are included in the group lesson prices, and separate floor fees are available for experienced fencers just wishing to fence or participate in private lessons without additional instruction. At the Advanced Class level, students are expected to get their own electric fencing gear, be self-motivated, plan to compete in USFA competitions within the year, and enroll in private lessons for personalized training. Generally, Foil/Saber meets Monday/Wednesday and Epee meets Tuesday/Thursday for the Advanced Group, and fencers who miss a day or want additional conditioning are welcome to attend any group, with the primary difference between Advanced Groups being what will be fenced after the footwork/conditioning time.
Private lesson prices are monthly costs for weekly lessons. Laser Pistol Marksmanship follows the rules for pentathlon with a one-hand, 10-meter range for adults, and as students improve they learn to shoot while tired, under pressure, and with an elevated heart rate as required for the laser run discipline of modern pentathlon. Davis Fencing Academy runs 12-week season programs that turn total beginners into medal-ready athletes through world-class coaching and a clear, three-tier pathway, with training on grounded strips with certified coaches, a culture that prizes integrity, and a proven curriculum designed for measurable progress each season.
Davis Fencing Academy has produced Olympians, scholarship athletes, and life-long enthusiasts since 1999 and describes itself as “putting swords into the hands of innocent children since 1999.” Maestro Lucchetti organizes the Advanced Class, and the staff includes certified coaches. The program states its mission as “Dedication. Focus. Athleticism. From First Lunge to International Podium.”
