Young At Heart Theatre was founded in Los Angeles, California in 1980. Dennis Whitaker is CEO of Astra Digital Marketing in Napa and has a background in marketing, web design, photography, business, and is also a musician and audio engineer. Mary Watts is Deputy Director for Community Action Partnership, is a past President of The Wine Country Young Democrats, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Sonoma State. Gloria Watts earned a B.A. in Theatre in 1969 from California State University Northridge. In 2007, Gloria Watts received the “Women In Theatre Los Angeles” award for her lifelong dedication to bringing arts to children and the community, and Mary Watts received the “Young Democrat of The Year” award from The Sonoma County Democratic Party. The program notes that Community Action Partnership partners with low income families and individuals to help them achieve economic and social stability.
