About
Camp Funderblast offers a variety of activities for children, including active games, arts and crafts, nature explorations, dress up days, skits, songs, storytelling, and ice cream sandwich parties. Kids can also enjoy tye dye Fridays, theme weeks, swimming, nature adventures, and root beer float parties. The program includes off-site adventures for 1st graders and up, with two excursions each week.
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Monday to Friday for kids pre-k to 7th grade (4-12 years) from 9am-3:30pm
• Price: $515/week for camp from (9am-4pm), $125/week for Extended Care (4-5pm), $125/Drop In day (9am-4pm), $25/Drop In Day of Extended Care (4-5pm)
• Location: Peace Lutheran Church, Scott Valley Swimming and Tennis Club, Homestead Valley Community Center, Saint Rita's Church Campus, Leghorns Park
The camp was founded by Veronica Rae Cowen and is involved with the community through partnerships with Peace Lutheran Church in Mill Valley, Scott Valley Swimming & Tennis Club, Homestead Valley Community Association, and Ross Valley Charter School. The mission of Camp Funderblast is "Supporting Kids In Being Their Best."
