The Meadow Dolphins, founded in 1955, is a Summer Recreational Swim Team for swimmers, ages 4-18. Practices are broken down by age group and are designed to develop the competitive strokes, strong starts and finishes, and race techniques, while building strength, confidences and a great sense of community.
