6 Week Schedule

Everybody plays. Every game!

There are No Tryouts, No Drafts, and No Fundraisers!

Teams are organized in divisions based on the age of the child. Depending on age group and format, teams consist of 8 - 10 players on rosters.

Practices are conveniently held on game day - just prior to the game.

Equipment

An official i9 Sports® Basketball Jersey is provided and included in your fee

Players may wear the official i9 Sports shorts, black shorts or sweatpants (No pockets or belt loops).

Rubber Soled Sneakers are required

Coaches

i9 Sports is a recreational youth sports league that relies on parent volunteers for coaches.

All parent voluteers are background checked and receive a practice plan specifically developed for their age group each week. Our trained staff is on hand to help coaches and referee games. Our goal is for your child to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a positive and fun enviornment.

Coaching is both rewarding and fun! If you are interested in learning more about coaching with i9 Sports, please visit the “Become A Coach” page of the website or sign up during the registration process.

Awards

Each week one child from each team will be awarded an i9 Sports Sportsmanship Award for demonstrating the Sportsmanship Value for that week. All players will receive an i9 Sports Medal at the end of the season.

i9 Sports Families

It is the essence of the i9 Sports Experience to have families attend practice and games to cheer on their athlete(s). We encourage at least one parent or guardian to join in all game day activities as a spectator, motivator and role model. Let's work together to put the "fun" back into youth sports!
