The Roseville Police Activities League began in 1972 as a fundraising group to support Roseville youth sports teams, and in 1993 three officers started the RPAL Boxing Program. The mission of the Roseville Police Activities League is to enhance and enrich the lives of Roseville children and youth by building positive relationships between youth, police officers, and the community through accessible and affordable activities. RPAL relies on support from individuals who understand the daily challenges many young people face and invites interested volunteers to help children in the Roseville community. The leadership team includes President Scott Alvord; Vice President Rana Ghadban; Secretary Andrea Blomquist; Treasurer Jyoti Mehta; and board members Gray Allen, Krista Bernasconi, Troy Bergstrom, Anne Carpenter, Eric Denio, Jill Geller, Geoff Goolsby, Marcus Lo Duca, Kim Summers, David Tuggle, Abbie Wertheim, Dan Wesp, and Executive Director Jamie Hazen.
