Cheese Classes offers participants the opportunity to engage in cheesemaking activities. The program is held at The Epicurean Connection, where both in-person and virtual cheese classes are available. Participants can also enjoy a rotating selection of prepared foods featuring local ingredients and seasonal products.

The program is led by Sheana Davis, Ben Sessions, and Karina Davis, who are award-winning cheesemakers and wine educators. Cheese Classes is a proud member of the Sonoma County chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier and has been recognized as a Slow Food Snail of Approval Producer.
