Camp Tech Revolution at Auraria Higher Education Center – Denver offers weekly courses where campers can take part in activities such as Robotics, Minecraft, Roblox, Coding, Game Design, AI, Video Production, YouTube, Digital Art, Graphic Design, STEM, 3D Printing, Content Creation for YouTube, Filmmaking, Spy Tech, STEM & Medicine, Web Design, Python, Java, Pokémon, C++ Coding, Chess, Science, CGI, Space Exploration, CGI & Animation, Graphic Design with Custom Sneaker Design, Prime Time Sports, Digital Discovery, LEGO Robots, and VEX Robotics. Campers can design their own Minecraft worlds, build and code games in Roblox, program and battle robots, create their own website, work with artificial intelligence, design custom Converse and Vans sneakers, compete in national Minecraft, Roblox, and Chess tournaments, roll out a new fashion line, code in Scratch, build apps, 3D model and print miniature spaceships, and learn digital citizenship during camp. The camp follows an academy-style model where each camper specializes in one camp each week, with experiential, hands-on learning and proprietary curricula that are student-focused for novice, intermediate, and advanced levels.

• Schedule: Regular camp hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm, with options for early arrival, extended day, and 45-minute private lessons before and after camp; campers can enroll for one or more weeks.

Camp Tech Revolution is held on the Auraria Higher Education Campus, which is shared by Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and University of Colorado Denver, and is described as one of the most beautiful academic campuses in the United States, with captivating STEM-focused learning spaces, dining from caterers such as Los Molinos, Pirate Chef, and Biscuits and Berries, and manicured green spaces for outdoor fun during recess. Campers can get a taste of college life at Auraria Higher Education Campus, including dining like a college student with meals from these caterers and taking part in team-building activities at recess and sports options.

Camp Tech Revolution was developed by a leadership team with educational backgrounds from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Columbia University, Cornell University, Brandeis University, UCLA Graduate School of Educational Leadership, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and more. The staff-to-camper ratio is approximately 1:4 to 1:8, and Lavner Camps staff are recruited from top-tier universities such as Princeton, MIT, Stanford, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and UCLA, with Lavner Education hiring approximately 3% of applicants as instructors. The leadership team includes Justin Lavner, Founder & President of Lavner Education, who has studied at the Wharton Executive MBA Program (51st Class), Villanova University School of Law (J.D. ’09), and the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. ’05), and Michael Lavner, Chief Operating Officer of Lavner Education, who has studied at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law (J.D. ’13) and Brandeis University (B.A. ’08).
