The USA Hockey Boys National Player Development Camps offer activities focused on sports and leadership. The program includes team-building exercises both on and off the ice, emphasizing the development of top players within the state.

The leadership team for the camp includes Jody Carpenter, the PNAHA President, Rob Kaufman, the Senior Coaching Director, and Marty Rubin, the Youth Coaching Director. The camp is involved in PNAHA's efforts to develop players and grow hockey in Washington. Levi Ellingsen, a participant, noted, "The camp experience has been great. All the team leaders have been great, and it’s really good competition here."
