The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center

The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center offers activities in Performing Arts and Fitness. The program takes place at the Mark Morris Dance Center, which is equipped with nine fully equipped, column-free dance studios and a Wellness Center.

Founded in 2001, the Mark Morris Dance Group's mission is to develop, promote, and sustain dance, music, and opera productions by Mark Morris and to serve as a cultural resource to engage and enrich the community. The Dance Center is the flagship site for the internationally-acclaimed, research-backed dance classes for people with Parkinson’s, Dance for PD. The Dance Center also offers culturally responsive, inclusive, and non-gendered Youth & Family programs for students of all levels, with and without disabilities.
