Toddler Classes in the Bay Area

Founded in 1983 by Master Roger Carlon, West America Tae Kwon Do is a family-run dojo specializing in traditional martial arts training. We offer classes as well as Spring, Summer, and Winter Tae Kwon Do camps. Depending on demand, we also occasionally host Mid-Winter Break and several other holiday break camps throughout the year.

Offers dance classes for all ages, from 18 months to school age. Classes include various dance styles and culminate in an end-of-the-year recital.

Comprehensive dance camps and classes in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop, and Creative Dance for kids of all ages and abilities.

Week-long day camps focusing on outdoor play, child-led activities, and themed weeks such as Garden Explorers, Space Explorers, and Arts Exploration.

Play-based learning, creative arts, nature exploration, science, cooking, art, and library time.

At Yama Yoga Camp, the kids will learn yoga poses, meditation, and mindfulness. We’ll do yoga, breathing, meditating, crafts, collaborative art, and a bit of running around. We’ll introduce kids to the real meaning of yoga - to be thoughtful and kind, both to one another and to themselves.

Our business is dedicated to nurturing and inspiring children through a combination of yoga and creative art expression. Here, you will find program details and insights into our comprehensive and enriching experience for children aged 3 to 12.

Recreational programs including family-oriented leagues, events, camps, and clinics in sports and other activities.

Group, Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons are an opportunity to work with a Certified YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor. You’ll receive expert guidance through coaching and instruction as your Swim Instructor works with you to build your water safety and swimming skills.
