Toddler Classes in the Bay Area

Soccer Stars offers year-round youth soccer sessions that teach progressive soccer skills in a fun and positive environment. Our classes range from 1-10 years old, and use customized age-based lesson plans that encourage engagement and confidence building. Join us on the field!

From dynamic weekend dance classes to imaginative week-long day programs, classes are designed for students ages 2-18 of all levels to enjoy dancing, singing, playing instruments, and outdoor activities in the park. Secure your spot now!

Open Studio is a space where artists of all ages create, share and connect through art. Artists are free to explore whatever captivates their interest. MOCHA artists are available to help locate materials, provide technical instruction, and suggest age appropriate activities.

Coyote Camp is Parks Plus Creation’s program for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Our goal at Coyote Camp is to be a safe, nurturing space for children to explore in nature with peers. Coyote Camp provides opportunity for children to play outside, explore, get dirty, and have fun! We share songs and stories, go on group hiking adventures, make discoveries and build friendships, while we share our abundant gratitude for nature. Coyote Scouts is Parks Plus Creation’s program for children ages 7 to 10 years old who love nature, love to play, and are interested in building leadership skills.

Now Enrolling! Preschool and Kindergarten for ages 2yrs-6yrs. Summerfield’s Preschool program strives to make the transition from home to school as gentle as possible by creating a classroom setting that feels homelike with active play. Preschool Aftercare Program available.

Thursday, October 3rd 9:30 -10:15 - Musical family service 10:15-11:00 - Apples and Honey + Arts and Crafts. Join Nitzanim to welcome the new year with song, prayer, and play. We’ll have an arts and crafts activity following the service. Free of charge. Registration required.

Imagine . . . a class for you and your young child where there are interesting sounds and movements, instruments to play, other children to watch, silly things to laugh at, an inviting teacher to follow, and great music! This is Music Together. Music is a basic life skill, like language, and all children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate confidently in music-making when given a supportive music environment. How is this possible? Young children learn instinctively and constantly, and teach themselves through imitation and play, through being immersed in their environment, and through interacting with older role models. We use informal instruction, with children participating as they choose (or not) according to their developmental level. The active participation of adults -parents and/or caregivers- as role models, is essential in class. We're here to help children and their grownups joyfully share songs, rhymes, movement, and instrument play together, both in music class and in their daily lives, to create a strong musical foundation. Wiggling, singing, and laughing with your child is so much fun, it's easy to forget how much learning is taking place! Our research-based curriculum not only develops music skills, it nurtures creativity, self-expression, and confidence while also supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development- all benefits which build over time. We offer two class types: Mixed Age Family Classes (ages 0-5 years), and Babies Only (ages 0-7 months) -Babies are welcome in any class, and our Mixed Age model allows siblings to attend together! When school is out, Discovery Camp is in! Our camps have hands-on activities designed to boost creativity, STEM skills, and critical thinking. Children ages 3-8 will be able to explore, play, create, and make new friends across our 7.5-acre campus and Fort Baker National Park!

Splitz Dance Academy is a family friendly dance studio in Novato. We pride ourselves in using age appropriate and tasteful choreography, music and costumes. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment for students of all ages and skill levels to have a unique and memorable dance experience. Our instructors are dedicated to helping foster a great love for the art of dance in your child and in our community. We are passionate about empowering dancers by honoring each person’s individuality.

A daycamp for toddlers and their parents, come and explore fabric printing (July 7 2025) or wet felting (July 14 2025), play with other young children and enjoy a snack and puppet story.

This is a mixed-ages community drop-in day at Sunbeam! Children are invited to play, create, imagine, and use their incredible capacity for empathy through immersion in nature, tending the garden, animals, themselves and each other.
