Mountain Brook Gymnastics offers Tumble Buddy 2s for children ages 18 months to 3 years old, with 45-minute co-ed classes that require one active buddy such as a parent or caregiver. It also offers 3 All Me for 3-year-olds, Fantastic 4s for 4-year-olds and new 5-year-olds, Beginner Rec for ages 5 and up, Intermediate rec, and advanced rec.

About the provider
Mountain Brook Gymnastics has been in operation for over 35 years. It is recognized as one of the finest gymnastics programs in the nation and as one of the largest Compulsory Competitive Team programs in Alabama. Birmingham Parent Magazine named it a Family Favorite in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2022, and 2023. Its Parents' Club has hosted numerous state, regional, and national gymnastics competitions.
- Tumble Buddy 2s — 18 months-3 years old · 45 minutes; co-ed · Requires one active buddy (parent, caregiver, etc.) who is not already a buddy to another child in class.
- 3 All Me — 3 years old · 45 minutes; co-ed · First class students participate in all by themselves.
- Fantastic 4s — 4 years old and new 5 year olds · 55 minutes; co-ed · Leads into the Recreational Program.
- Beginner Rec — 5+ · 55 minutes; 1x/week · No pre-requisite skills required.
- Intermediate rec — not stated · 90 minutes; 1x/week · Completion of Beginner Rec or eval required.
