Tiger-Rock Martial Arts

Tiger-Rock Martial Arts offers Tiger Cub Martial Arts for ages 4 and 5, Junior Martial Arts for ages 6 to 11, Teen Martial Arts for ages 12 to 15, and Adult Martial Arts. The program uses flexible scheduling, and students are encouraged to train two times each week.

Tiger-Rock says it has over 40 years of history, nearly 100 franchises, and over 900,000 students trained. Its Certified Leaders and staff are described as the heartbeat of Tiger-Rock, and each Certified Leader must pass an annual recertification course that includes leadership training, curriculum knowledge, and Sport Safe requirements.

Classes are held in a controlled environment and students are grouped by age, size, and experience. The program emphasizes discipline, respect, confidence, resilience, personal safety, and empowerment. Evaluation periods are offered every two months, and there is no set time frame for earning a Black Belt.
