Junior Golf Academy

Junior Golf Academy offers golf fitness, full swing instruction, short game instruction, on-course instruction, and group clinics. The program also includes custom club fitting, TPI golf fitness, club repair, game performance assessments, and tailored practice programs. Juniors are grouped into levels based on their current skill set and are tested monthly, and the program uses an app so parents can see what juniors are practicing and what they need to improve to advance levels. The structure allows for a continuing training program similar to martial arts, where students play and practice throughout the year and develop all skills needed for golf.

Junior Golf Academy is part of GRO-3 Golf Academy, which was founded in 2021. The owner and operator is Joseph Fasulo Jr., who is a medically retired Army combat veteran who served from 2008–2020. Joe attended Golf Academy of America for 20 months, graduating with Honors and 4/5 industry certifications including club fitting, teaching 1, and Teaching 2-advanced techniques, and he finished a BS in Sports Management with a concentration in the golf industry. He also worked for Callaway Golf as a custom club fitter for 4 years, earning many certifications and becoming a top fitter in the CT region, and he brings over 10 years of golf knowledge and experience teaching adults how to master change. Gro-3 offers special programs for Veterans and First responders.
