ATA Martial Arts

ATA Martial Arts offers ATA Tigers for children ages 4 through 6. The program focuses on courtesy, respect, discipline, motor skills, attention, and following directions. It also offers ATA Martial Arts Kids for children ages 7 through 12, where students learn martial arts fundamentals and life skills such as discipline, respect, self-esteem, goal setting, and confidence.

Programs

About the provider

Licensees of the ATA have trained over one million students since ATA’s inception in 1969. The Martial Arts Kids program was introduced in 1986 and combines traditional martial arts with life skill development. ATA says it is dedicated to teaching martial arts to the entire family.

The ATA licenses several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts to self defense, to esteem and life skills building and more. The ATA Tiger program is designed to be accessible to students of all abilities and genders. ATA Martial Arts Kids says students progress at their own pace and train with kids their own age.
