ATA Martial Arts offers training in Songahm Taekwondo. The program also includes empowering self defense as a specific area of instruction.

ATA Martial Arts is part of ATA International, which has offered martial arts training since ATA’s inception in 1969, a period of over 55 years. Licensees of ATA have trained over one million students since 1969, and there are over 130,000 active members training and competing in seminars and tournaments around the world. There are over 950 independently owned and operated licensed ATA facilities worldwide, and over 950 licensed ATA locations around the globe.

ATA Martial Arts offers programs for kids, adults, and families. For kids ages 4–6, the program includes fun classes for every kid, activities that improve listening skills, confidence building for a boost in self-esteem, and elements that foster self-discipline and good behavior. For kids ages 7–12, the program boosts socialization skills, encourages physical activity, includes learning to set and accomplish goals, and promotes non-violent conflict resolution. For teens and adults, the program does not require prior experience, includes empowering self defense, and offers ways to get moving, stay in shape, relieve stress, and sharpen focus.

Each instructor is a graduate of an intensive certification process that represents more than fifty years of ongoing curriculum research and development. ATA Martial Arts features a traditional, progressive, high-energy curriculum and certified instructors.
