Momentum Aerial offers Little Flyers for ages 5-6, Youth Aerial caterpillars/cocoons/butterflies for ages 7-8, Youth Lyra classes, Youth silks classes, and Teen Lyra and Teen silks classes for older students. The program schedule includes the Fall 2026 semester from August 21st to December 12th, and the leveled classes use a progressive curriculum.

- General schedule: Fall 2026 semester; 15 weeks long (August 21st-December 12th). Leveled classes are based on a progressive curriculum. Fitness Suite classes (Aerial Fitness, Weight Training, and Handstands) are open to drop ins all semester long. After week 2, drop ins or new students are not allowed without a private lesson. If a class is full, students may join the waitlist.
About the provider
The studio says it is celebrating 7 years. It offers progression based, sequential learning to aerial students in Flagstaff, and its teaching methods focus on proper technique and strength building in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. It is a proud member of the American Circus Educators Association and a host studio for the Paper Doll Militia Remote Teacher Training. The program says it offers 100 weekly classes to a student body of over 500 community members and describes itself as LGBTQ friendly and welcoming to people of all body types, backgrounds, socio-economic levels, and abilities. It is woman-owned.
Registration is through MindBody. Level 1a classes fill quickly. Drop in Policy: contact the studio if you wish to purchase a drop in for a leveled class; purchasing a drop in does not guarantee a spot. Waitlist Policy: if a class is full, students may join the waitlist and should not come to class if on the waitlist. The studio also offers Aerial Fitness, Weight Training, and Handstands as a Fitness Suite.
