Crème de la Crème offers activities such as STEM, S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics), robotics and coding, language arts, theater, creative movement, music, art, and culinary education. Children may participate in Spanish and Mandarin, baby sign language, story time, songs, movement, creative expression, outdoor play, active play outdoors, and learning another language. The program also includes homework help, snacks, guest speakers, community and family events, field trips, and hands-on activities.

The program includes Signature Enrichments in STEM, Spanish, Music, and Art, along with classroom rotation to different enrichment classrooms. The Crème Learning Approach features vibrant classrooms, an early childhood education curriculum, and teachers described as talented. The curriculum is described as whole-child and is delivered in brief, 30-minute intervals in preschool, and the private kindergarten curriculum aligns with local, state, and federal guidelines. The after-school program includes access to sports fields, play structures, ancillary programs, classes, homework help, and snacks, with uncrowded classrooms and play areas and a low student-to-teacher ratio in the after-school program. Summer camp combines recreation with learning opportunities. Programs are described as private preschool and private kindergarten that integrate research and best practices to educate the whole child, and programs are described as designed to foster academic skills while supporting overall development through a whole-child approach. All-inclusive tuition includes educational and art supplies, diapers and linens, and meals, and tuition is described as all-inclusive.
