Strong Minds Kids Clubs offers after-school clubs where children take part in running games and drills, team-based fitness activities, yoga, and other fitness activities that include movement, breathing, and mindfulness. The program also includes activities such as cooking with a focus on kitchen safety, reading, writing, Creative Writing, Book Club, Arts & Crafts, crafting, Little Chefs, Cheerleading, and STEM/STEAM sessions. Each club includes a daily Growth Mindset and Empowerment Lesson guided by 8 Core Empowerment Principles: Perseverance, Kindness, Courage, Positivity, Communication, Growth, Grit, and Celebration, with activities that are described as engaging, age-appropriate, and meaningful, and focused on the whole child emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually.

Strong Minds Kids Clubs describes its mission as delivering after-school programs that help children build confidence, character, and connection, with growth-focused programs that strengthen children’s confidence, character, and leadership, and every club is described as being designed to build the child's body, mind, and character. The program states that every child is believed to deserve a space where they can grow stronger in mind and body while having fun. The organization partners with charter schools, private schools, and local parks and recreation departments and notes that it is supported by schools and community partners across Arizona.

The leadership team includes Denise as Owner/Director and Stephanie as Assistant Director. Staff experience includes Denise with over 15 years in education and coaching children; Chris, who holds an A.S. from Vincennes University, a B.S. from Indiana State University, and an M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas, has taught elementary P.E. for thirteen years and coached cross country for nine years; Citlalli, a recent Arizona State University graduate with a degree in Elementary Education; and Kristin, who has 12 years of experience as an elementary school teacher.

Parent feedback includes a comment from R.T., a parent of a 4th grader, who said, "I'm super excited to have Strong Minds Run Club at my daughter's school. She loves the games and I love the focus on having a positive mindset." Another parent, J.B., a parent of a kindergartener, said, "My son really enjoyed the instruction & positive environment. Instructor listened & very patient."
