Mesa Youth Sports offers youth soccer, youth basketball, youth flag football using modified NFL 5-on-5 rules, youth baseball, youth volleyball, and youth girls softball. The soccer program is for beginners and intermediate players, and older divisions have playoffs. - Youth Flag Football (NFL RULES) — From ages 5-14 · Uses modified NFL 5on5 rules; more touches per player and an accelerated game.
- Youth Baseball — From tee ball at age 3 to kid pitch at age 12 · Something for all your kids; great for beginners to intermediate players.
- Youth Volleyball — Starting at age 7 and going through age 14 · Extremely fun and safe non-contact sport; all skill levels.
- Youth Girls Softball — Starts at 7 and goes through age 12 · This is the only sport that is not co-ed.
