0S3 Movement is a Santa Cruz County active transportation-centered, youth-focused, community-based advocacy organization that produces bicycling events and supports bi-national initiatives. Its Adopt a Bike program is for low income families that cannot afford a bike or equipment but want to participate. The 0S3 Reptilians Youth Cycling Team is the first youth mountain bike team representing their communities at a state level, and the organization is working on the construction of the Monte Carlo Trails & Bike Park. The mission of 0S3 Movement Youth Programs is to help build a stronger, better connected, and more bike/walk friendly community by empowering the young and young at heart through its projects, programs, and initiatives. Collaborators include Santa Cruz Adolescent Wellness Network, Nogales Community Development, Circles of Peace, and SCC U of A Corporate Extension.

The founders of 0S3 Movement Youth Programs are Melissa Gallegos and Edgardo Muñoz (also referred to as Edgardo Munoz). For more than a year, Edgardo rode alone before inviting others, and more than two years later he met Melissa Gallegos and they began inviting people to bike ride with them. The founders are certified bike coaches, year-round bike commuters, Complete Street supporters, road and mountain bike racers, parents, community leaders, Spanish speakers, bi-national initiatives supporters, and they like to wear green. The organization uses a grassroots method that recruits, trains, and empowers community leaders to take charge and be the change.
