Flex Gymnastics

Flex Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes for ages 12 months and up, with beginners to advanced instruction for girls and boys. The program also offers Ninja Zone classes and Ninja Night events, with Ninja Zone combining obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts, and freestyle movement. It also includes Sweet Peas Gymnastics, an educational movement-based program for children 6 months to 6 years old, as well as Girls & Boys USA Gymnastics Development Programs, Xcel competitive teams, and team preparation.

Programs

• Gymnastics Classes — Ages 12 months and up; first-time tot through fully committed competitive gymnast · Recreational classes introduce and develop gymnastics skills, balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Beginners to advanced instruction available for girls and boys.
• Ninja Zone — Ages 3 to 13 years old; also stated as ages 15 months to 13 years old · NinjaZone combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement. Offers Ninja Night events and classes.
• Girls & Boys USA Gymnastics Development Programs
• Xcel competitive teams
• Team preparation
• Sweet Peas Gymnastics educational movement-based program — Children 6 months to 6 years old · An educational gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children.

Flex Gymnastics is locally owned and has been in business for over 45 years. It has served over 60,000 kids and rebranded as FLEX in 2018. The program states a mission of being a place for indoor fun and the opportunity to cultivate a love for sport and healthy living.

Open Enrollment allows year-round class enrollment at any time. Tuition may be suspended or cancelled in writing on or before the 19th of each month. Memberships may be cancelled in writing on or before July 19th each year. Tuition and Memberships are non-refundable.
