About
Camp Geronimo is a traditional Scout Resident Camp that has been in operation for more than 65 years and offers a Sunday to Saturday camp. Scouts can work on many traditional camp merit badges, take part in an open program, and join a first-year camper program. Activities include Geronimo DIY options such as welding, plumbing, and auto repair, as well as caving, climbing, riding, backpacking 40+ miles, and hiking.
• Schedule: Sunday to Saturday camp
Camp Geronimo features modern shower houses, a new pool and pool house, and upgraded campsites with durable canvas tents. It offers Base Camp with merit badges and open program, a first-year camper program focused on building skills and earning ranks, and a high adventure style program for older participants through Spade Ranch with caving, climbing, riding, and other activities. Scouts can backpack more than 40 miles on Zane Grey’s legendary Highline Trail with nightly activities. The camp offers year-round camping, including Camporees and merit badge clinics, and also has public rentals available, including options to rent the full property for larger events.
