Childsplay Academy

Childsplay Academy offers CAST – Childsplay Academy Singing Troupe, where members perform at Childsplay events and community celebrations while honing vocal skills. It also offers YETi Teen Theatre Troupe, where high school students take part in producing live theatre, from selecting the show to designing, marketing, and performing. Other offerings include Fall One on One Coaching, Musical Theatre III: Vocal Techniques, Acting III: Improvmania, Musical Theatre II: Magical Melodies, Musical Theatre I: Zoosical, Acting I: Dino Drama, Rotten to the Core, Buddy: An Elf Musical, Acting II: Sensational Stories, and Musical Theatre I: Jungle Jams.

About the provider

Childsplay Academy was founded in 1977. It is described as a nationally and internationally respected professional theatre company and a nationally recognized professional theatre company for young audiences. Childsplay says it creates performances, workshops, and educational programs that spark imagination, encourage empathy, and build community. Its classes are taught by professional theatre artists, and Childsplay offers scholarships for theatre classes in its Academy. ESA Funds are accepted.
