Children’s Museum Tucson Programs includes CMT Summer Play Camps for ages 5-9. The camps feature hands-on, minds-on exploration with free play throughout the museum, and campers explore science, technology, engineering, and art with experienced Education Guides. The program also offers Sonoran Desert Detectives, Magical Light & Color Mixers, Imaginative Inventors, and Wonder Worlds & Character Creators for ages 5-6 or 7-9, plus Fall Break Play Camp: Falling for Bricks Building Lab for ages 5-9.

About the provider

The mission of Children’s Museum Tucson Programs is inspiring children and their families to reach their full potential through discovery, creativity and learning.

Refunds require cancellation at least 7 days before the camp session; refund minus a $25 processing fee if cancelled a full 7 days before camp start date. If minimum enrollment is not met, CMT may cancel a camp up to 48 hours before start date and issue a full refund. Scholarships for Fall Camps are available for children ages 5-9 on the first day of the camp session who are enrolled in an Arizona Title I school for the 2026–2027 school year; limited to one per child and first-come, first-served.
