Gracie Barra Cloverdale Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu after-school program

The Gracie Barra Cloverdale Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu after-school program offers a variety of activities including martial arts, fitness, strength and conditioning, and the development of core Jiu-Jitsu movements. Children learn fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques, GB self-defense, and participate in fun Jiu-Jitsu games. The program also introduces kids to Jiu-Jitsu sparring.

• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Tiny Champ: 3:30PM to 4:15 PM, Junior 1 Champ: 4:15PM to 5:00 PM, Junior 2 Champ: 5:00PM to 5:45 PM

The program's mission is to train body, mind, and spirit through high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, using the art as a vehicle for individual development and strengthening the family spirit.
