Jump Gymnastics Enriched Gymnastics Program offers Baby Gymnastics Classes, as well as separate gymnastics classes for ages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6–7. The program also includes School Closure Camps (ProD Day Camps), Winter Break Camp, Spring Break Camp, Summer Camp, and Birthday Parties, Workshops, & Special Events.

Jump Gymnastics Enriched Gymnastics Program is led by Jennifer Hood, CEO and Founder of Jump Gymnastics. The program is described as an Enriched Gymnastics Program that sets kids up with the self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in all sports and activities. It is described as having purpose-built facilities just for little kids and as having the most vigorous and continuous coach development program in Canada, with over 2 million active coaching hours and 36,500 tiny little athletes coached. The program describes itself as a sports program that supports both kids and their families and as a leader in recreational gymnastics for tiny gymnasts in BC.

Yaletown Jump Gymnastics opened its first location in Yaletown on September 2, 2008. A North Vancouver location opened in the fall of 2014 as the first joint location with Kids Physio Group. In March 2019, Jump Gymnastics moved to a new location in central Vancouver (City Square) with Kids Physio Group, and a third location in partnership with Kids Physio Group opened in Richmond in July 2022. Jump Gymnastics partners with Kids Physio Group at multiple locations, allowing them to connect families to pediatric physiotherapists.

Jump Gymnastics states that it operates on the traditional, unceded territories of the šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɬ (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
