Avalanche Hockey Club

Avalanche Hockey Club offers youth hockey and travel hockey. Avalanche Hockey Club values teaching athletes sportsmanship, respect for others, and the value of hard work and determination.

Established in 2023, Avalanche Hockey Club states that player development and creating a well-rounded athlete is its number one priority. The club’s mission is to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment for youth hockey players to develop their skills, build character, and foster a lifelong love for the game, while promoting fair play, hard work, and dedication. The organization describes itself as having an inclusive culture and a close-knit community of athletes, coaches, and families who share a passion for hockey, and it notes that well-rounded athletes are proven to be more resilient and better equipped to handle challenges, setbacks, and failures. The leadership team includes President Nick Silver, Director of Coaches Warren Ellis, Club Registrar/SafeSport representative Olivia Meyer, and Director of Managers/Social Media Krisel Silver. The club uses phrases such as “Stronger as a team, unstoppable as an Avalanche!” and “Join Avalanche Hockey Club and be apart of a new era of hockey!” to describe its identity.
