Pickleball & Mixed Sports includes activities such as Pickleball, Mixed Sports, art, playground time, 3D pen activities, swimming at Alviso Park, mural painting, a kayak adventure, remote control airplane projects, solar electric circuit projects, Robot Dog & Coding, archery, cooking, fencing, aviation, photography and film, LEGO robotics, fashion and jewelry projects, 3D design, and Uganda Mural Painting. For every camper, the afternoon offers free access to art, the playground, 3D pen activities, and a swim at the Alviso Park. Lunch and snacks are provided for all campers, and for campers with food allergies, bringing a packed lunch is recommended.

The program’s mission is to help children convert ideas into world-changing actions through education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. A Parents Guide contains additional details to enhance the camper's experience. Full scholarships for youth in San Jose are available through the SSIG grant, and additional financial assistance is available by application. Year-round camps and cultural festivals bring together youth from diverse backgrounds, including Asian and Latinx youth, with full scholarships ensuring all can participate. Through community projects such as AI integration and public murals, youth engage in STEM-focused activities. Experienced mentors from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds provide guidance through career workshops, leadership training, and college preparation support that honors students' cultural identities. The organization develops relationships with other groups that share a nimble, youth-centered approach, creating networks that amplify youth voice and community impact across geographic and cultural boundaries. CompassPoint Mentorship envisions a world where every young person has the knowledge, skills, and social network to care for themselves and their communities when they enter adulthood.
