Destined to Dance

Destined to Dance offers Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Competition & Showcase, Jazz, Kids Dance, Latin & Salsa, Adult Beginner, Musical Theater, and Pointe. Hip Hop is open to all levels with no experience needed. Ballet is for ages 2–5, Tap is for ages 7+, and Pointe is by invitation only for Advanced Level 4 dancers.

About the provider

Destined to Dance was established in 2013. The program states a mission to provide professional dance instruction and inspire an eternal love for dance and artistic expression. Mrs. Destani began dancing at age three and has an Associate’s Degree in Dance from Cypress College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and experience performing as a backup dancer for hip hop legend Rob Base in December 2015. She also attended the Dance Teacher Summit in Summer 2016. The studio lists the Hero Scholarship, Pointe Scholarship, Costume Program, and Monthly Grants, and states that monthly enrolled students may apply for a grant to help offset tuition costs.

Placement is by age, not experience. Dancers are grouped with their peers, with adjustments made if a dancer’s skill far exceeds their age group. The first class is free. No experience needed.
