Matt Leinart Flag Football is a flag football program where kids play organized flag football games. The program offers a positive, fast-paced environment for boys and girls in grades K-8 to learn the game, play with friends, and fall in love with football. It provides a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience for both boys and girls of all skill levels, with a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill-building, and an emphasis on community fun.

The Matt Leinart Flag Football League was founded in Newport Beach in 2010. The league’s goal is to provide a fun league for kids to be involved in, while also developing and furthering their football skills. Matt Leinart is the league founder, and the league operates in conjunction with the NFL Flag Football program. It is described as one of the premier youth flag football leagues in the country and features games under the lights.
