Northwest Bakersfield Baseball Association is a youth baseball league that focuses on athletic competition for its players. The association follows a mission that connects baseball competition with a sound educational program, high standards of ethics and sportsmanship, and the development of good character and other important life skills.

Northwest Bakersfield Baseball Association was established in 1988 by a group of people who wanted a place for local youth to enjoy the game of baseball. The league operates under a code of conduct and has the right to remove anyone who does not follow this code. The league does not tolerate foul language, racism, or any type of threat to anyone at the league, and conduct that violates the code can result in being banned from future league activities. The leadership team includes League President Stan Thompson and snack bar contact Tricia.
