Life Steps Foundation Children and Family Services – Inclusive Structured Peer Learning Group Preschool / Childcare Program includes an Inclusive Structured Peer Learning Group Preschool / Childcare Program where children participate in preschool activities with children who do not have delays or disabilities. The program also includes Early Intervention one-on-one in-home training to help promote a child's development of language and to improve motor, cognitive, social-emotional and self-help skills. Families can also take part in the Family Matters Program, a comprehensive parenting program that offers guidance, support and local resources.

Life Steps Foundation Children and Family Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to maximize the development of infants and toddlers from birth to four years of age who have or are at risk for developmental delays and helps children, primarily ages 3 and under, who have developmental delays or disabilities, or have been clinically identified as at risk for developmental delays. Its center-based programs provide a natural learning environment to help accelerate the development of social and emotional skills and learning abilities, and it educates and supports parents in strengthening parent/child relationships. Since its launch in 1983, the Life Steps Foundation has been assisting people with disabilities, and Life Steps Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the health, psychological and socioeconomic challenges of people throughout their lifespan who are experiencing mental, developmental or physical disabilities.
Programs are offered in both Southern and Northern California, and each month the organization serves more than 400 children statewide from all economic circumstances. Nine different California Regional Centers refer families they serve to Life Steps Foundation Children and Family Services, and the organization offers services for children up to the age of 5 through collaborations with the First 5 California and Head Start coaching programs. We Play We Learn is an inclusion-based preschool for toddlers of all learning abilities in the Bay Area community of Pacifica, CA.
