Yosemite Sierra Summer Camp

Yosemite Sierra Summer Camp is a Christian Adventure Camp where kids spend two weeks in an unplugged setting with outdoor adventure and a range of outdoor activities that encourage collaboration, imagination, and play. The program focuses on whole-child development through unplugged play and outdoor adventure, and creates an atmosphere where all are accepted and encouraged to take the next step on their personal journey with God.

• Ages: 8–16 years old
• Schedule: Two-week camp sessions during the summer season from June through August

Since 1973, Yosemite Sierra Summer Camp has been partnering with parents in fostering their child’s growth. The camp operates as a Christian Adventure Camp with a stated mission of helping young people grow in character, skills, relationships, and faith, and to develop skills in areas such as friend-keeping, communication, and problem solving. The program maintains a staff-to-camper ratio of 1:2. It is operated under a special use permit in the Sierra National Forest and is operated on a non-discriminatory basis. Families describe Yosemite Sierra Summer Camp as the “Home of the World’s Greatest Campers!”
