Shoot 360 San Mateo offers basketball training, sports performance training, interactive skills courts, shooting courts, camps, clinics, basketball clinics, performance training clinics, one-on-one basketball coaching, private training, events, and birthday parties. The program works with ages 3 to 18. Its training includes passing, ball-handling, dribbling, shooting, footwork, game strategy, plyometrics, agility drills, strength conditioning, shot tracking, and real-time analytics.

About the provider

For participants ages 3 to 7, the Shoot 360 experience is a 30-minute skills workout focused on passing and ball-handling. A parent or guardian must attend the trial session with the player. Participants who are unable to shoot comfortably on a 10-foot basket are limited to passing and ball-handling stations. The facility hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
