Shoot 360 San Mateo offers basketball training that includes one-on-one basketball coaching, private training, sports performance training, and court rentals. Athletes use interactive skills courts for guided dribbling drills and passing and ball-handling stations, as well as shooting courts and shooting stations with advanced basketball shooting cages and a digitally connected shooting competition. The program also offers camps and clinics, corporate events, and birthday parties.

• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday with afternoon and evening hours, and daytime weekend hours; initial workouts are 60 minutes, with a 30-minute skills station segment and a 30-minute shooting station segment, and participants ages 3–7 years have a 30-minute skills workout focused on passing and ball-handling

During an athlete's initial 60-minute workout at Shoot 360 San Mateo, 30 minutes are spent on focused skills station work followed by 30 minutes at the shooting stations, and participants ages 3–7 years have a modified 30-minute skills workout focused on passing and ball-handling. A parent or guardian must attend the trial session with the player, and participants who cannot shoot comfortably on a 10-foot basket are limited to using only the passing and ball-handling stations, with shooting participants generally recommended to be at least 8 years old. A limited-use membership is available for participants who are unable to shoot comfortably on a 10-foot basket.
