Shorty Yoga

Shorty Yoga offers kid yoga classes, including 45 minute kid yoga classes, as well as group classes, camps, parties, and school programming. The program also offers at-home private sessions, semi-private pods, semi-private sessions, virtual sessions, and parent-and-me classes for babies. Kid Yoga for Preschools, Elementary, Middle, and High Schools is available during and after school, and can be set up as daily, weekly, or special events and fundraising.
