Shorty Yoga

Shorty Yoga offers Mamastay for pre-crawlers, crawlers, and walkers under age 2, Kid Yoga for ages 2-4 and ages 5+, and Big Shorties for ages 10+ and tweens and teens. It also offers private sessions, small-group sessions for up to 4 kids, virtual sessions by Zoom, and group classes.

• Mamastay — Pre-Crawlers, Crawlers + Walkers (<2) · Parent-and-me style class that incorporates and introduces the smallest of shorties to yoga.
• Kid Yoga — Ages 2-4 · Preschool-aged class with lively soundtrack and imaginative games.
• Kid Yoga — Ages 5+ · Elementary school kids class infused with dance party and mindfulness.
• Big Shorties — Ages 10+ (Tween/Teen) · Challenging, invigorating and fun class for tweens and teens.
• Private Sessions — All ages · Weekdays + weekends available · $150 per session · 45-minute personalized in-home Shorty Yoga session tailored to the child’s age, personality and energy level; indoor or outdoor; travel fee may apply depending on location.
• Small-Group Sessions — For up to 4 kids · Weekdays + weekends available · $225 per session · 45-minute small-group Shorty Yoga experience for up to 4 kids; $25 additional child; indoor or outdoor; travel fee may apply depending on location.
• Virtual Sessions — All ages · Weekdays and weekends available · $115 per session · 45-minute private sessions via Zoom; Kid Yoga, Mamastay and Big Shorties available; semi-private with friends in a different household is +$10 per additional family/Zoom login.
• Group Classes — Group classes and events throughout the L.A. area; includes Kid Yoga at Soho House, West Hollywood and Malibu for corresponding Soho House members only.

Shorty Yoga uses certified instructors and carries full coverage insurance. The studio is fully mobile and brings sessions to homes, schools, and favorite LA spots. Private and small-group sessions require payment at booking, and adults do not pay to join Mamastay classes. Siblings must be booked individually.
