Shorty Yoga

Shorty Yoga offers kids yoga through kid yoga classes, at-home private sessions, semi-private pods, group classes, camps, school programming, parties, and virtual sessions. The program includes 45 minute kid yoga classes and offers parent-and-me classes for babies, as well as classes for toddlers, kids, tweens, and teens. Shorty Yoga provides secular, modern yoga classes with a dash of mindfulness and offers gift cards that can be redeemed for yoga sessions and Shorty merch.

Shorty Yoga is described as Los Angeles’ first and only dedicated kids yoga studio and offers programming for preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, including during and after school programming and special events or fundraising. The program offers daily, weekly, or special events and fundraising programming, and can provide customized programming to meet the needs of a school. Shorty Yoga uses certified instructors and carries full coverage insurance. The program suggests that it is always a great idea for participants to bring their own mat, and notes that an exercise mat or something similar will also work.
