The program is led by a leadership team that includes Grand Master Yong D. Choi, Grand Master Jung Hwan Jin, Grand Master Brad Shipp, and Grand Master Eddie Minyard. Instructors at the studio are described as world-renowned and include multiple 9th Degree Black Belts. Staff credentials include roles such as USA National Poomsae Team Coach from 2016 to 2024, 1st Class Certified Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Academy) Certified Grand Master, 1st Grade Kukkiwon Promotion Test Examiner, Certified International Referee, Kukkiwon Advisory Committee Member, Former British Taekwondo Federation National Team Coach, Korean Eagles TKD Demo Team Director, and Former Orange County Taekwondo Association leader. Additional recognitions include induction into the USKF Black Belt Hall of Fame, Tae Kwon Do Hall of Fame Honoree, Official Taekwondo Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award (2022), US Kido Federation Black Belt Hall of Fame Grandmaster of the Year (2020), and listing in Who's Who in America Martial Arts (2020). One of the grandmasters published Volume 2 of the Chun Kuhn Taekwondo Encyclopedia in July 2021 and has held advisory and leadership roles in organizations such as the World Chun Kuhn Federation and the International Jun Tong Federation.
