The leadership team includes Mike Sharabi, Head Coach of the BSC U17B and U19B MLS Next teams, and Daniel Berdejo, a BSC Coach. Burlingame Soccer Club has been awarded MLS Next status, with the BSC U13-U19 Boys set to compete in MLS Next starting in Fall 2025. The club's mission is to create an environment that balances challenge and success for optimal player development, with the motto B3: Be You, Belong, Be Proud.
