Millbrae AYSO offers youth soccer programs, including a Fall Core Program. The program follows the mission of providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. AYSO PLAY! is also part of the offerings, where all soccer needs is a ball, some space, and kids ready to play.

Millbrae AYSO is part of AYSO Region 145. The leadership team includes roles such as Regional Commissioner, Assistant Regional Commissioner, Regional Coach Administrator, Regional Referee Administrator, Treasurer, Child/Volunteer Protection Advocate, division coordinators from U05 through U19, a Regional Coach Trainer, and a Regional Director of Referee Assessment. AYSO has noted that AYSO turns 60. AYSO is also connected to a partnership with BEEUP, the honey-based fruit snack brand co-founded by David Beckham, as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season.
