Dynamo Gymnastics offers recreational drop-in classes, clinics, a Do It All Combo Class, and focused gymnastics training on vault, bars, beam, and floor. The program also includes a ninja obstacle course, in-ground trampolines, a tumble trak, Girls Strength & Gymnastics, and strength and conditioning. Osteopathy services are also available through the program.
