Evolution Dance Center

Evolution Dance Center offers Pixie Classes for ages 2-4, with movement, imagination, listening skills, independence, and make-believe. It also offers Starlet Classes for ages 4-6, with ballet, tap, hip hop, tumbling acro, and jazz. Additional classes include ballet, lyrical and contemporary dance, hip hop, jazz, tap, musical theater, and boys classes.

Programs

• Pixie Classes — 2-4 years old · Young dancer classes focused on movement, imagination, listening skills, independence, and make-believe.
• Starlet Classes — 4-6 years old · Introduces the basic structure of dance and includes ballet, tap, hip hop, tumbling acro, and jazz.
• Ballet — 2 years old through pre-professional students · Offered to all students; based upon the Vaganova Method of classical ballet.
• Lyrical and Contemporary Dance — 7 years and older · Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet, modern, and jazz techniques.
• Hip Hop — 5 years and older · Classes are available for ages 5 and upwards.
• Jazz — 4 years and older · Offered for dancers 4 years of age and older.
• Tap — 2 years old and upward · A tap class is available for a 2-year-old and upward.
• Musical Theater — Students in the Company Competition Program · Classes feature expert choreography to bring a story and characters to life.
• Boys Classes — Boys are invited to join in all dance classes.
