The organization was founded by five minority women and now operates 20 centers in 5 different counties in California, serving over 2,000 families statewide. Quality Children's Services operates state-funded Migrant Child Development Centers and serves families in low income communities. The mission of Quality Children's Services is to provide quality services based on the unique needs of children and families, regardless of socio-economic status, language, or cultural background, and to offer a quality educational atmosphere in a safe learning environment through developmentally and age-appropriate practices.
