Yoga Rascals Summer Camp includes daily yoga adventures where campers learn numerous yoga poses, play fun yoga games, and relax with imaginative yoga stories. Campers also go on nature walks and take part in arts and crafts, creating fun projects to take home from their yoga journeys. Every day, participants embark on a different yoga adventure.

Yoga Rascals Summer Camp is part of Yoga Rascals, which has offered its program in preschools, elementary schools, libraries, and through YMCA community outreach, and later in high schools, yoga studios, and community centers. Yoga Rascals classes are offered in various locations in the San Diego and Sacramento areas. The program is led by Yoga Rascals founder Sünje O’Clancy, MA, E-RYT, RCYT, RPYT, who began teaching yoga to students of all ages in 1998. Since its establishment in 2007, Yoga Rascals has trained children’s yoga teachers, and since 2009 it has offered a 95-hour course that qualifies graduates for Yoga Alliance registration as a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT), a globally recognized credential. In 2012, Yoga Rascals became the first Yoga Alliance approved Registered Children’s Yoga School (RCYS) in California. Yoga Rascals states that it is dedicated to enhancing children’s lives through yoga by creating a nurturing and fun environment and supporting development and learning so children may realize their fullest potential. Classes are described as affordable, and partial scholarships are available to low-income families.
