Veritas Basketball Academy offers elite and high-level basketball training that includes daily work with NBA-level coaches, former professional players, NCAA-level coaches, and NBA-certified trainers. Student-athletes take part in strength training, film study, and national travel, along with a private school education that runs alongside their basketball training. The program combines basketball training under NBA-level trainers, former professional players, and seasoned coaches with a structured academic program.

Veritas Basketball Academy is a premier academic and athletic institution serving student-athletes from grades 6–12, including a unique 8th-grade holdback year for middle school development. The program includes a year-round schedule of practices, strength training, film study, and national travel, and it is designed for student-athletes committed to excelling both in the classroom and on the court. The private school education features small class sizes, personalized advising, a flexible curriculum, and an emphasis on critical thinking, communication, and time management. The middle and high school program offers NBA-level coaching and national competition, and players train daily with NBA-level coaches while competing at the highest level nationally. Veritas Basketball Academy aims to prepare players for success at the collegiate and professional levels and operates in a professional, structured, and supportive environment with a focus on building well-rounded individuals with strong values and leadership skills.
Veritas was founded in 2018, and the leadership team includes Founder and Coach George Zedan. The academy’s mission statement is “Elite Training. Academic Excellence. One Mission.” Veritas Basketball Academy is a Nike Elite High School, a member of the Nike EYBL Scholastic League, and the only Nike EYBL Scholastic Program in California. Veritas is open to sponsorships and partnerships. The state-of-the-art facility includes elite-level courts, weight rooms, classrooms, and film study spaces.
