TEAMS MMA Kids & Teens Program includes training in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. The program follows a complete mixed martial arts system that integrates striking, wrestling, and grappling. No experience or equipment is needed to start in this beginner MMA program, which is built on professional MMA standards.
• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 PM–7:30 PM
The coaching staff includes active and former professional fighters, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts, and experienced martial arts instructors with backgrounds in organizations including the UFC, Cage Warriors, Tuff N Uff, Lights Out Fighting, Epic Fighting, and other professional promotions. The program is coached by professional MMA fighters, Jiu-Jitsu black belts, and active MMA pro team coaches. The mission of TEAMS MMA is to develop skilled martial artists, disciplined competitors, and confident individuals through professional coaching, proven training methods, and a team-driven culture. The Human Performance Center offers video analysis, fight study, athlete education, performance review, and technical breakdown sessions, along with conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation, and skill development offerings. Families have the option for parents to train in adult MMA classes while their children participate in kids and teen programs at the same time, supported by two professional training mats that allow multiple classes and skill levels to train simultaneously. The facility includes a competition grade impact absorbing subfloor system and supports an amateur to professional pathway from first day beginners to active amateur and professional competitors. A free trial class is available.
