Martial Art Innovations Youth Programs offers martial arts training, self defense, and fitness training for kids. The program includes martial art self defense and fitness classes, classes for kids 2 years and up, seminars and workshops, and special events open to the public. Classes take place in a modern studio with a full schedule of in-person classes.

• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday 5pm–8pm, with Saturday and Sunday by appointment only
Since 1995, Martial Art Innovations Youth Programs has served thousands of students. The program is led by Owner/Instructor and Head Instructor Don Frack. The head instructor, Mr. Don Frack, has dedicated more than 35 years to teaching martial arts and self defense to children of all ages, teens, adults, and seniors. The program keeps the values of traditional martial arts such as honor, courage, and respect while using a method of mixing modern martial arts into a practical system. Martial Art Innovations also offers special events open to the public and produces the Martial Art Innovations Podcast in both video and audio formats. The stated mission is that martial arts is a way of life and that a student training in martial arts should be a better person all around, with respect, discipline, physical fitness, and mental and emotional strength among the traits the program helps students to develop.
