JCSD Parks & Recreation Programs & Sports is part of the Jurupa Community Services District Parks and Recreation department. The program connects families with information about parks and recreation within the boundaries of Hellman, Hamner, Bellegrave, and the Santa Ana River, as well as information on special events and landscaping maintenance. JCSD Parks and Recreation has unveiled state-of-the-art upgrades at Harada Neighborhood Center as part of its offerings.
Jurupa Community Services District has been serving the Jurupa Valley and Eastvale area since 1956. The mission of JCSD is to provide water, sewer, wastewater, park and recreation, graffiti abatement and other essential services to the community. JCSD has received back-to-back honors as a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire. The organization’s leadership team includes Anthony Herda as Board President; Arman Tarzi as Director and Manager of Government & Public Affairs; Jim Smith as Record Retention Coordinator; and Clover Rogers as Conservation Coordinator. Community involvement efforts connected to JCSD include the JCSD Community Partners Committee, JCSD Kids Zone, and the JCSD Community Leader Award.
