Nature School Discovery Days

Curious about Nature School? Discovery Days give families the opportunity to experience a morning of our nature-based preschool before committing to the semester.

Children will join us outdoors for hands-on exploration, imaginative play, nature discoveries, and opportunities to build confidence, independence, problem-solving skills, and a connection with the natural world.

Discovery Days are offered on select days in September and are designed for families who are considering enrolling in Nature School for the 2026–2027 school year. It’s a wonderful way for your child to experience the rhythm of our program and for you to see if Nature School feels like the right fit for your family.

Policies

Nature School Refund, Cancellation & Transfer PolicyOur Nature Preschool program is designed as a semester-long commitment to support consistency and connection for children and families. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis throughout the semester.If your family needs to withdraw from the program, we require a 30-day written notice submitted to the program director.Please note that tuition already paid for the current month is non-refundable. Families are responsible for tuition during the 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance.

Snails & Turkey Tails Nature School is a small, outdoor early childhood program rooted in connection, curiosity, and meaningful experiences in nature. Through play-based learning, hands-on exploration, and daily adventure, children build confidence, resilience, and a deep relationship with the natural world in a warm and nurturing community.
