- Electives — Kindergarten-8th Grade · Mondays 8:30am-3:30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 1:30pm-3:00pm · $490 per session · Lunch Bunch is offered Mondays from 12:15pm-12:45pm for $150 per semester, waived if doing all 4 Monday electives.
- Junior Farm School — TK-Kinder (Child must turn 4 by 9/1/26) · Mondays 8:30am-12:15pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30pm-3:00pm · $980–$1,150 per session · Two-day class for young kids in grades TK-1st grade. Monday option costs $1150 per semester; Tuesday and Thursday option costs $980 per semester.
- Apple Blossom Junior Farm — Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-12:30pm · $2,000 per session · Meets at Apple Blossom Farm in Bonsall.

Gathered Oak aims to cultivate a genuine love and affection for what is good, true, and beautiful. Its 2,000-square-foot barn is used as an indoor classroom, and the 2.5-acre farm around it is used as an outdoor classroom with a garden, an oak grove, chickens, goats, pigs, and more animals to come.
